i found the location very central. it's close to various attractions. the staff were helpful. they were pleasant to interact with. also, i had great wifi access .
the tv was tiny. the remote dont work. i did not stay in the room long enough to watch it.

the location proved convenient. it was easy to access various attractions (i visited the plaza mayor). the room included a useful kitchenette to prepare coffee. housekeeping attended to the rooms daily replacing towels.
the accommodation felt quite basic for the price (i thought it was a little too expensive). the place seemed like it needed some upgrades, appear a bit unclean. there was no complimentary bottle of water provided in the room.

the location was like a dream, close to everything. it was a short walk to the retiro park and puerta del sol. the lobby area was decorated really nicely. the room had air conditioning, that worked great.
our bedroom was a few steps higher than the rest of the apartment. i felt worried about using the bathroom at night. the shower wasnt clean, and the draining system seemed to need some cleaning. mold was there in the joins.

The location ROCKS! i could walk to Gran Via and Serrano without any trouble. the front desk staff helped me A LOT no matter the time. my room was very clean, and i felt the price was very fair.
the fridge DIDN'T work. the receptionists helped me a lot, and they let me keep my medicine in their fridge. the hallways were a little dark and dingy.

I found the location very convenient. Many attractions were within walking distance. I arrived early because of my flight, but my room was ready. I appreciated this since I traveled with older relatives. The staff allowed me to store my luggage until check-in.
The accommodation is quite basic for the price paid per night.
